My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, which is Type II, Stage II. Due to her family history (5 out of 5 post-menopausal women have had breast cancer), she has opted (with my support) for a double mastectomy. For at least a couple months I will be focusing mostly on her, and much less on BSky.

True. However, putting either uranium or plutonium dust airborne (as happens in an explosion around a stock of the material) is a really bad idea for the environment, for a long, long time.

The statement that the enriched fissile material was moved is verified by the fact that atmospheric radiation in the area did not go up after the attack, despite all the obvious dust in the air.
