I grew up in guess culture and as someone who isn't very good at guessing, it was so hard. I love when people let me know that I am safe to ask and also say no, with them.

One cool thing I like, is people who are willing to ask up front if someone feels comfortable advocating for themself. Also people who verbally express what that looks like to them, such as only communicating if they have the spoons, being ok with canceling/rescinding and saying no.
