It's flowering time! If you don't see flowers during the day, have a look at night. Some succulents open their flowers to attract moths. They need specific conditions to do this but most will do this every year

There is something very satisfying about isolating and extracting very long eyebrow hairs. Staving off aging one hair at a time.

He is lovely! Looks a lot like our Lucas terrier who attempts a similar pose before falling backwards into a roll in an adorable way

I’m always impressed at Quietus ability to put together a list of albums and musicians I’ve mostly not heard before. Exciting and daunting to listen through this list.

Ok so I’m looking for feedback. My MIL makes quilts and I think seriously undervalues her work. What do you all you would pay in gbp for each of these?

Agreed. Last night I presented a sherry and cheese pairing event as part of sherry week. It worked well in that context but most of the people attending were already converts!

HOUSE [Hausu] (Masters of Cinema) New & Exclusive Trailer
YouTube video by Eurekaentertainment HOUSE [Hausu] (Masters of Cinema) New & Exclusive Trailer

We went to see House 1977 Japanese Horror at the Prince Charles cinema last night. And it was one of the most deranged, hilarious and entertaining films I've seen in a long time. the trailer shows a lot of the surreal deaths but not the whimsical humour. . youtu.be/7-u8s49Lv28?...

@mrjamesob.bsky.social I hope that if this grotesque self congratulatory awards ceremony was on a Thursday, you wouldn't have sacrificed Mystery Hour to play it live. This really is a pretty shameful broadcasting by LBC

A Scanner Dreckly β€” The Life and Legacy of St. Austell Proper Job IPA β€” Pellicle It is a sedate summer’s afternoon in the bar of The Globe in Topsham, five miles outside Exeter. Wimbledon is on the big screen, with the sound turned down, and there are five other customers inside. ...

Proper Job is an institution. There, we've said it. Who better to talk about the legacy and impact of this IPA than @atjbeer.bsky.social?
