Shader graph for smooth visual change

The illustration change effect is easily achieved in shader graph, we used 1 PNG in Texture2DArray (Atlas) instead of 3 PNG in Texture2D. I use a float as a slider that goes from 0 to 2 and, depending on the value, will lerper between 2 images. The base shader graph was created entirely by my artist

I upload the game for the first time on the 11th of October 2024 with an average of 5 plays per day (Note that it's not fully reliable since each visit seems to count as a "play").

I discovered GX.games while studying Happy Sheepies marketing. Turns out they hit 1M plays by just publishing a demo! Interestingly, they don’t even support macOS on Steam but still gained major traction from GX. Worth a try for easy exposure!
