The grandkids had from school so we took them to Camp Olympus Park in Lower Macungie. Maddie and I ran a 5K on the trails while Lexi drove her bike on the skateboard park and zip lining.

Last night I ran the Emmaus Halloween Parade 5K . The race starts before the parade so you have a lot cheering for you and a lot of great costumes.

We ran the Race by the Lake 5K trail run at Leaser lake. Maddie won 1st place in her age group with a time of 34:00 , Lexi got a medal in the fun run and I won 2nd place in my age group.
