Having been given a metaphorical mirror, I am realizing just how much I have allowed myself to be taken advantage of and manipulated.

In finding out how much people choose to take advantage of my help and kind nature, I have entered into a sense of identity loss.

Realizing those who have given me space, due to not needing my kindness, are stronger relationships than those who I have spent more time and energy to cultivate.
