A bit tired after snowboarding all day yesterday but not sore at all.

Took the shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagano yesterday to go snowboarding at Karuizawa Ski Resort. They had two runs open made completely with artificial snow and it was awesome 🏂

It's a gorgeous 3 day weekend in Tokyo. Had a fun day yesterday just wandering my favourite spots and checking out the snowboard shops in Ogawamachi.

Three 100+ day seasons of snowboarding in a row has given me a strong core and massive quads. It's not a bad thing but I do get a bit self-conscious about it at times.

Watched Midnight Mass on the plane ride and that was so good. If you haven't already seen it then go give it a watch. I love Hamish Linklater.

I can't wait!

Hamish Linklater stole the show in the latest season of Gen V. Everybody recommended I should watch Midnight Mass as he stars in it too so I've got it loaded on my phone to watch on the plane to Tokyo tomorrow 🎃✈️

I can't believe it's actually happening.

Didn't get much sleep and I feel like 💩

The shuj and I got our COVID/Flu vaccines and then bought a bunch of really spicy Korean fried chicken for lunch/dinner.

Now I'm sorting through last season's snowboarding clips and putting together a highlight video. Not a bad day! 💉🥵🍗

I know I've said it before but cold water shore diving kicks my ass.

Clearly the solution is to do it more often so I can get stronger. This worked for snowboarding so I know the logic is sound 😅

They definitely are! My buddies always comment how easy it is to keep track of me with my bright fins and mask.

I saw the Canada coast guard hovercraft on the water while out today. That thing is cool as hell and was hauling ass, pretty loud too.

The post dive high is real. Not sure if from adrenaline or from the excess nitrogen in my system 🤔

New regs worked great and my cold water diving skills are finally coming together. Vis was good but pretty dark!

Going diving on Saturday. This is the weather forecast and I couldn't be more excited 😅

Never going to get tired of this.
