Also, nobody would have "full freedom of movement" because they won't have the right to live and work in EU27 as EU citizens do. Technically, like UK citizens resident in an EU country, they shouldn't spend more than 90/180 days elsewhere in Schengen, but it would be tricky to detect overstayers.
