I don’t talk about this much on these apps anymore, but I thought I would share what has worked for me over the years. What’s worked was lots of soda water, lots of running, lots of therapy, and some medication. Don’t be afraid to do whatever you need to to quit.

5 years ago I got blackout drunk on my birthday and I haven’t taken a drink since.

Today I am happy to say I am 5 years sober and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Although @magnoliastate.bsky.social has great album after great album overall I feel this one sometimes gets overlooked. Such a solid listen throughout.
