Such a sweet boy <3

Found a photo of my Dad that I took in the late 90s.

I can smell the vanilla Cavendish just by looking at this picture.

He passed away eleven years ago in November. Wild to think it's been that long.

I have him to thank for my sense of humor and my love of history.

My baby boy is getting so big!

He's 4 months and 5 lbs.

We're scheduling his neuter soon and I'm terrified. I know he will be okay but he's my first pet as an adult and is literally my child.

This little guy sprained his leg and was so swollen we had to make a trip to a walk-in vet clinic.

I've been with my partner Anthony for 9 years and have NEVER heard him yell. Stern, yes. "Dad" voice, yes.

I am terrified of when it actually happens because he is just not that kind of person.

I'm the exact opposite though xD he's heard me raise my voice plenty of times over various things.

Got some not so great news at the vet today. Dax tested positive for FIV.

We're going to retest at around 6 months just in case it's a false positive from nursing from mom who may have been FIV+.

Doesn't change much for us. He's still our boy and we are going to give him the best life we can.

I haven't been on the East Coast but here in the Midwest, near two major rivers, between the heat and humidity I want to die most days.

When I was last in Orlando in 2021 it wasn't too bad, I tolerated it pretty well.

I agree! They did add some hairs a few years back but I'd like an overhaul.
