One of the revered double-champions of Vermont soccer folklore, Ryan Zellefrow will join Chris Taylor’s side for his second season. The Virtue Field legend and recent UNC transfer will bring his unique brand of Green Mountain grit back to the squad and ignite the roars of sold out summer crowds.

David Ajagbe will make his return to Virtue Field for a second season with the Green. Ajagbe had a stellar sophomore season at the University of Portland, scoring 10 goals and notching 4 assists in 20 games for the Pilots on their run to the NCAA Elite 8.

UVM's Bridget Kennedy rejoins the Green. The stalwart defender started in 17 matches for the Catamounts this season on their run to the conference final, earning America East All-Conference First-Team honors in the process. Kennedy and will look to continue making her mark on home turf in the W.

Georgina Clarke will return this summer after an impressive season with Boston College, starting 18 matches as a sophomore. Comfortable all across the midfield & on the wing, the Virtue Field faithful will remember her impact as she recorded two assists in last summer’s 4-0 victory over Flower City.

Maya Evans joins, Georgina Clarke & Bridget Kennedy return to the Green!
Turin, Italy’s Joseph Picotto will make a triumphant return to Burlington to wear the club’s number 10 shirt.
The midfielder imposed his dominant style of play across the Northeast in the first stanza of 2025, notably scoring the go-ahead goal at home against Western Mass.
Hall, who won two national titles in six months with Vermont Green and his hometown University of Washington, will return to the Green Mountains in 2026.
Chris Taylor’s swiss army knife will look to continue his knack for winning trophies this summer at Virtue Field.
Herceg, already in the Pantheon of Vermont sports legends, will assume his position between the sticks. The towering netminder started 13 matches for the Green in 2025, which included penalty shootout heroics in the national semi-final.

Vermont Green FC Women will host reigning Ligue2 Quebec Féminine Champions Lakeshore SC in the third annual Maple Cup. 🍁🏆
For the first time, the international competition will be played by women’s teams in 2026. The match will take place on Friday, May 29 at 7pm on Virtue Field in Burlington, VT.
