Incredible film, I adore how it frames each perspective in relation to each other, and how everyone is given narrative sympathy despite the scrutiny they subject each other to. The camerawork and filmography were especially exceptional to me.

damn solid album the whole way through, i think people on twitter hyping it up as "keem's GKMC" were insane no disrespect but that's a HIGH ass bar, it's still very good
Favourite song is Dramatic Girl by far, but No Blame and Highway 95 pt.2 are both v good too

to me that he always had what made him special
his penchant for creative musicality is especially clear in F*ck Your Ethnicity and his lyrical philosophy in Ab-Souls Outro. That said, i dont think his actual lyricism, storytelling, and life outlook as expressed in songs had been honed fully yet

As a massive Kendrick fan i cant believe it took me so long to get to this. it's certainly dated in some ways, but I think it ultimately reflects its time and culture in a succinct way i really appreciate

oh also the way they draw vomit in this is like not vomit-esque at all it had me kinda confused the first couple of times, why is it clear and thin bruh 😭

Overall, definitely a great read for psych horror fans and himejoshis who want a story with a toxic relationship that doesn't become healthier at all, but still develops very interestingly - do be sure to read its tags first so you know what you're getting into!

felt just a little too much? not in content, there was nothing throughout the manga that was too much for me to handle, but rather in narrative execution. For example, Hina's progression from complacent abused to active abuser ended incredibly, but felt a bit bumpy and abrupt along the way...

I Love Your Cruddy // Kitanai Kimi ga Ichiban Kawaii
This one's a toughie honestly. I found it incredibly engaging and felt it had some stellar moments (particularly the arc following Yoshimi exposing our protags, as well as the final chapter), but upon reflection I also think some parts-

I felt part 2's quality was a significant jump, both the art itself and I honestly loved how it weaved the two overcoming the hurdles in their relationship into good storytelling and character development, even if its end was also kinda abrupt 😭
Overall not my fave yuri, but I enjoyed it :)

disilusioned by its pace though, the end of part 1 especially - we've seen these two have major withdrawals after spending a couple hours away from each other, yet breaking up during the prime of their honeymoon phase somehow barely phased them and the year passed quickly? i just couldnt buy it.

Phenomonal atmosphere, makeup, acting: a very fun and well-done found footage zombie flick. Appreciated the hell out of it, but I think it's not the kinda thing I'd go out of may way to watch more of, personally.

Damn good show. Great balance of comedy and seriousness for a medical drama, an incredibly interesting premise done well, and with consistently good pacing. Nothing life-changing to me personally, but I was absolutely invested and will be watching S2

god this movie is good. i wasn't sure until the end but yeah, i fucking loved it and it made me cry really badly. prushka my beloved. could do with a few less reg boner jokes but whatever. im so excited to watch s2

Austin and Vanessa's relationship was sweet and has genuine chemistry, though I think his writing, in trying to be self-awarely misogynistic, went too far in the wrong direction at points and just made certain scenes feel uncomfortable

It's a fun time, but I doubt I'd rewatch this one

Very creatively witty comedy that loses its momentum every so often for a gag that just fundamentally doesnt work and/or drags on a little too long (not to say every gag that drags on is bad, there were one or two which I thought were hilarious)

incredibly strong worldbuilding, characters, storytelling, pacing, the animation is solid but nothing outstanding, and above all its soundtrack is *phenominal* - im excited to watch the movie and S2!
