Gex 3 has a pretty dark joke, one of gex lines in Holiday broadcasting is “Donner party for twenty”which is a reference to a real life tragedy of a group of pioneers I wont go into more depth but basically a lot people lost their lives and this line is also in the N64 version

In level Www.’dotcom.’com in gex 2 there a secret Easter egg as hidden message in the level containing a URL to a secret webpage that now shut dow on Crystal website it was containing cheats and a collection of things for windows 95 and Microsoft plus which all lost to time

On the old Crystal Dynamics website there was a page called “planet gex” but unfortunately it wasn’t archive and it unknown what did it contain
