If you are a billionaire oligarch and you want to control the narrative, you buy a main stream media TV news network, newspaper, radio station and you slant the narrative in the direction you want it to go. Control the narrative is the goal. Why I don't watch main stream media any more.

This Trump's MO on every action he takes. He never checks on the legality of anything he does before he does it. He just does it and lets the courts clean up the mess. He counts on the fact he won't be challenged in court, even though his action is illegal.

If you want to know which members of Concress are profiting from Congressional insider information that gives them a "heads up" on profitable stock trades, just check the list of names of members that vote against a ban on Congressional stock trading. It's not complicated!

I would like to see an impenetrable voting technology in the United States, perhaps based on encryption and block chain technology, that would allow citizens to vote with the knowledge that as citizens that their votes will be counted securely and transparently. The system would would be unhackable.

I was laid off at Digital Equipment in the 1990s, in my 50's, after 12 years on the job. Same scenario. I am 84 now. There is life after a layoff. Spent 9 years IT consulting 9 years as IT Business Analyst in Corporate job. Persistence in looking is key. Don't stop looking until you have a job.
