Sustituir el monumento a Franco por una estatua de Franco: arranca la nueva edición de los presupuestos participativos de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Que los vecinos de Santa Cruz de Tenerife hayan propuesto cambiar el monumento a Franco por una estatua de Batman me parece una genialidad, algo digno de un cerebro galaxia. Y desde aquí todo mi apoyo a estos héroes anónimos para que esto salga adelante.

Cuchillo y tenedor combinados de acero y marfil del oficial de la Marina Real Británica, Richard Grindall, en Europa, c. 1795-1820.
Grindall perdió el uso de su brazo derecho tras ser herido en 1795 mientras luchaba contra los franceses, y posteriormente usó este curioso tenedor para comer.
Op kort lichtgroen mos ligt een zanderige kastanje met een rafelig gat er in. Uit het gat groeit een bundeltje bruine steeltjes en bekerachtige zwammetjes in diverse maten en richtingen
Omdat ik niet aan verre reizen doe een 'exotische' foto uit eigen tuin - hoewel, de kastanjeboom staat bij de buren. En de zwammetjes die er uit groeien zijn gewoon inheems maar ik vond ze wel buitenaards mooi zo uit het rottende vruchtvlees ontspruiten. #fungifriends #herfstFF #06Exotisch

A somewhat tall ams entirely light brown mushroom is centered in this photo. Its stipe is very roughly textured and appears covered in tons of tiny ruffles or bumps. Its cap, which is covered in a ton of tiny bumps, has large serrated edges that are white at the tip of the sharp edge. You can just barely see a bit of the underside of its cap which appears to be solid white.
I seriously love powder caps. I believe this is the Earthy Powdercap, Cystoderma amianthinum (what a cool scientific name!)

A cluster of small, slender mushrooms growing out of a thick carpet of bright green moss. The mushrooms have thin, pale white or cream-colored stems and bell-shaped to slightly conical caps that are a warm, moist-looking brown or tan color, with some having darker centers. A beam of sunlight illuminates the mushrooms and the moss, creating strong highlights on the wet-looking caps and stems, and casting deep shadows that add to the atmosphere of the image.

It’s autumn and some great #mushrooms are appearing in the woodlands here. We’ve found several clusters of Sulphur Tuft (𝘏𝘺𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘮𝘢 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘦), which happens to fluoresce under UV light. Cue a nocturnal trip into the woods with a UV torch to see its amazing green glow. #mycology #fungi #mushroom
