So far the worst part of this year (if we discount any political evil that I'm not gonna touch with a bargepole) is all the nearly 30 year olds treating it as the end of their lives.
30 was fine. Yes, your knees are now paper and your back finally has pain nerves, but it could be so much worse...

Needs a complete rewrite, of course, but that's for the future. For now I rest.
