Dip in non dairy milk of your choosing, roll in flour, dip in milk again, roll in panko. Season the flour as you like.

Looks great! Careful with it stacked in the container like that. Since fresh tempeh is still living the mycelium can activate and overripen. If you find it’s getting warm, freeze or separate it to store. 😀
