Customer service is such a nightmare 😭 took me 40 minutes last night to find a way to contact, got in touch with the online chat, they said the only way to contact the department I needed was to call them. They arranged a call for this morning, all fine.

Basically anything tbh! The way we cut fur, the way we make parts removable, etc! Newbie makers will find any insanely random thing and pretend they’re an expert 😂 I was once told off for cutting my fur with scissors rather than a knife because I’m “butchering the fur” 😂
