Plastic blocks, changing mats, and diamond diaper

Players can choose to opt in or out of diaper usage. I'm also planning on having different display options for clean, wet, or messy.

Pacifiers also can edit chat messages to be uwu but you can opt out of this too.

I have a lot more features planned and ideas I wanna implement as well.

- Plastic and Plastic Film: Base material. Not sure how I want obtaining it to work. Currently you just blast smelt bamboo.
- Booster: Made with wood pulp
- Nether Booster: better version made from nether trees
- Ender Booster: best version made from popped chorus fruit

I think thats everything

- Changing mat: you can lay on it and other players can change what you're wearing. Allow for the bypass of curse of binding. Oh did I mention that all these items come in the 16 colors?
- Plastic Block Set: pretty blocks. Fills a similar niche to copper mostly
- Plastic Seat: can be locked

- Harness: allows other players to attach a leash to you (currently doesnt work fully)
- Hypno visor: Not fully sure what I wanna do with this yet. Gives a fun overlay though
- Pacifier: prevents eating/drinking, can be enchanted to reduce hunger drain, increase healing, or stop mobs from attacking
