I don't buy that at all. Reagan in many ways was as bad as Trump. He was certainly every bit as racist but he was an actor with good speech writers who made him believable. Trump doesn't have that ability and he's jealous. If one looks deeply enough, without Reagan we wouldn't be stuck with Trump.
