yes but said educated foreigners don't want to work for Portuguese salaries and what ends up happening is that they do remote work for foreign companies, get paid much much more than the average portuguese, and drive prices up

Not great tbh. Madrid is apparently one of the top choices. We already have massive lack of housing, and salaries are not matching rental prices or allow to get a mortgage. It can only get worse...
