I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom. I was there just a few years ago and I'm determined to never let myself fall to that ever again. I have a very good support system of people whom I love, and who keep me grounded. I just wanted to vent a little bit.

Having both depression and anxiety is just an awful rollercoaster of highs, mids, lows, and lower lows.

Constantly overthinking everything until you just feel near crippling sadness or intense numbness. I've been going through a rough bought of both recently and it sucks.

I WILL be fine ultimately
