A slice of chocolate cake that is rectangular in shape, two layers, with a chocolate sauce on top, between the layers, and around the side.
Chefs, what we have here is a chocolate sponge with either a runny pudding or a thick syrup. Inspired by Lana Cakes out of Singapore, the main difference is using crème fraiche to add some acidity and maintain moistness via other cakes I’ve made with buttermilk, sour cream, or Greek yogurt.

Upgrading the daily drink wear. Have been using the white orca for about 9 years and it’s been dinged up pretty well. Trying out an etched yeti next. Can’t find the orca in stock anymore and since I’m not local to SC any longer can’t go out window shopping and hope to stumble upon one.
