I just learned that last year they started having powerlifting at Mr. Olympia 🔥. This is a big win for powerlifting.

I’m still betting that powerlifting eventually becomes an Olympic sport. I’m training as if that day will come.

Even with my protein intake under 100 g, I build muscle fast and easy. At 110 g over the past three months, I saw great gains, and now that I’m starting 160 g daily, I just know my gains are about to be crazy.

While I was in school I couldn’t get as much leisure reading in as I wanted, but I bought my first new book for leisure in a long time and I can’t wait for it to arrive. I think I might order Gucci Mane’s book too.

I want to read at least 10 new books by the end of the year.

I saw some of the comments under the women’s reviews of the bra. Oh well , some of us in the itty bitty titty committee don’t want surgery, so the bra will do.

It finally came… I got two 2nd editions and it was worth every coin.

It really gives that “nice boob job” look. The straps are super comfortable, the cups fit perfectly & with my chest muscles, the cleavage is definitely cleavaging. Okay, Rubi really did her thing with this one. 🔥

Non-toxic healthy relationship** was new to me.

Super critical! Yeah, we went a long time w/o any conflict, but once we did, I realized although I felt 💯 healed… I was still reacting based on that past trauma. I was in a very toxic/abusive relationship before him. Being in a non-toxic romantic relationship was new. I had to unlearn some things.
