Cloture already passed? It’s not fluid anymore. The CR is going to pass regardless of the amendments. No govt shutdown. Dems squandered the one point of leverage they had which was cloture.It’s done & now all that Trump/Musk were doing that was illegal will now be legal. Courts don’t matter anymore.
