When will the government step in?

I don’t play power games at interviews and I watch for people who do, both when I interview people as well as when I am being interviewed. If I feel power games going on, it’s a red flag and I walk away.

I never see the point in making interviews stressful. I believe you get a better view of the person by putting them at ease and having a sensible chat as adults. I want to see what it would be like to work together and to start our working relationship at the interview. It’s always worked for me.

How dare these people call themselves feminists? And in which world is a taliban-esque segregation by assigned sex desirable? I don’t understand. It’s 70 years of progress grinding to a halt.

At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, if you want to know whether someone is a decent human being, look at their position on trans people’s access to equality and health care. It’s that simple. These people all fail that test.

If you want to know whether someone respects human rights, ask them where they stand on trans rights.
