I’d put Ant-Man up there on my list of Marvel movies. I’ve only seen like 10 of them, but Captain America: The First Avenger, GOTG, and Iron Man 3 would be the only ones firmly above it.

Not a MCU fan in the slightest, but I watched Ant-Man recently and Russell Carpenter really shot the shit out of the first half of the movie. There is some incredible contrast and practical lighting during the scene where they break into Pym’s house.

For the first time in a while, I got so engrossed in a book that I stayed up hours past my bedtime to read. I will deeply regret this in the morning.

It’s insane how you can just open YouTube, put on a Buster Keaton short, and have the greatest half hour of your life.

Blum is a hack who produces 98% worthless garbage. Almost everything he’s touched this year has been a massive flop. No wonder he wants to use AI.

These are people’s jobs and livelihoods being taken away when you use AI for your set photographs or decorations. It’s not something to joke around with.

The second you give these people even a single inch with GenAI, they are going to take it all and burn everything down. Do not let them act like using it for a photograph in the background or a poster on the wall is okay.
