So I may have fucked up and gotten incorrect news that there would be CoL payments this year, and included that in my budgeting for this month...
Oh also going to adjust the gofundme because Jesus that one place I found was overcharging, just doing the DIY way, should only be like, 80 once a year.

OK so a friend of mine pointed me in the correct direction to where I can buy hrt medication from a place in London, which is going to be great, just gotta do the research on dosage and then I could possibly start by the end of the month, or next depending on when the cost of living payment happens.

At least them being more fucking annoying like this gives me even more fucking survival incentives.

So I got can't kill myself:

Oh yippee, certainly the best time to finally decide to go for all this transitioning shit. The literal week before the supreme Court rules a fucking "nuh uh, you are still legally not a woman" 🙃

I've asked my friends (that I have actually came out to) and since doing so they all say I've been more bubbly, jovial and expressive, which is honestly making me feel so much better about this too.

Yknow it's a shame that the self doubt roulette now just contains "what if you are not actually trans and are faking it for attention" now too, but eh, gotta deal with the thoughts the shit deals you somehow.

(GP didn't know that they had changed how the referral to the sandyford clinic worked, you can only be referred by your GP now, no self referral available, so they now need to work as a middleman between client and clinic)

Welp I have now officially been referred to the GIC by my gp, and while I can assume it wasn't out of malice, my GP did in fact lie directly to my face. I corrected em on it and they looked it up and admitted their fault, but also thinks its a stupid fucking decision.

Granted its also the only significant change I can bring myself to do outside of continuing voice training and behavioural stuffs. Feels naked without it but I did have that bitch growing for like, 7 year.

Well I've officially shaved for the first time since deciding. Gonna need to keep on top of it more than I had even considered before. Just my face for now anyway, while it doesn't make me look fem in the slightest, just reducing how masc I look feels great. Am remembering why I grew the beard tho.

Yknow, it only now occurs to me, maybe my attachment to my beard was due to my former insecurity about being too feminine in the past. I could see the basis for it at least.

It's completely fine if you can't, while it is important to me, many other people's cases are more vital, but I intend for mine to be a longer term sorta one. Thanks for info though. I've yet to come out to family so those avenues of spreading info is shot, its why I used the tag.

What the fuck Scotland. Why is the only public gender affirmment clinic available to the region with 48% of the population got 8 years of expected waiting list. I am far too poor to go private too. I haven't looked at many options but the cheapest was £105 a month or £1150 annual.
