Als medewerkers geen kritiek meer mogen uiten en daarom ontslagen moeten worden, noem ik dat een dictatuur. Uiteraard mag je het met elkaar oneens zijn en dan heb je het daarover, op een fatsoenlijke wijze. Maar tot zover zie ik dat Faber met niemand enige dialoog wenst. Daarom bereikt ze ook niks.
