Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

Mostly I tried just lying there in front of the bulldozer with my electronic thumb held above my head. Saved on knee pain. Same result.

As a distraction from political bulltish I’d like to announce my progress in healing. My new knee is dead flat and bending to 103° without pain.
So yay me for doing the work.

We adopted our daughter and bought a gorgeous home. I marked 30 years working at my dream job supporting folks who needed it. I continued supporting my community with the RVA Villains. I marked 3 years hosting musicians

Yesterday I had my right knee replaced. I’ve been staying ahead of the pain until the nerve blocks wear off and doing my PT at home while adding one extra rep to each exercise. I’m ready to have a pain feee knee for the first time in over 30 years
