Technically shes not a clinician. Its mind blowing that shes even suggested for this role, let alone actually at this point. Ugh.

Want to feel like your professional skills have tanked? Reviewing an old presentation as I get ready for a new one, my 13 year old son starts reading the old titles of the old slides. I had no idea how ridiculous that they could sound! 😆#Humbling 😂

Trail run at lunch today. Had to just stop here for 5 or so minutes. Just wanted to listen and watch.

Amazing! I'll reach out in a few weeks (life the next few...) very curious to learn more on the exercise and CSF movement relationship... which comes with needing to learn more about CSF movement in general!

That's awesome - congrats to you both. Question... Has she done work on CSF flow in response to exercise, especially endurance exercise?

Awesomeness happened. 😀 (Though I feel for Visma - that's gotta hurt)

I'd be really happy if Wout could pull Flanders or Roubaix off. he's had a brutal last what, year to year and a half with injuries/accidents... Gonna be a tough thing to accomplish with the firepower on those start lines though.

As a cycling fan, and American, Powless winning Dwars door Vlaanderen today is cool as heck. Great win! But ooph, Visma as a team, 3 v 1, in the finale... that's a tough loss after a GREAT ride by them.

I'm a supplement skeptic for sure... The volume of solid info on creatine is pretty astonishing at this point though. It would take some really stout work to derail the really strong work done on this subject. @creatinegirl.bsky.social I'd bet you have some solid info to add to this.

Or when you manage to keep it at 6:00, despite being >45 years old, having kids, working full time, volunteering in the community, etc... Weirdly, sometimes stable, IS progress!

Did they have bloody noses and wear a lot of rubber "sweat" suits? (Related: climbing stadium stairs with a section of phone pole on your shoulders is one of the top movie workout scenes)

If only...

Its amazing. Maybe they lose 10, 20, 30 seconds on their drive... maybe. Somehow that seems like a bigger inconvenience than seriously hurting or killing a person riding a bike. That, is messed up!

But, Derek, "he" said he didn't know anything about it... I mean he employed a ton of the authors and stuff, but knew nothing and "disavowed it". This is a shock! ðŸĪŠ

Steve, those are both incredibly valuable. Frankly, some of my favorite memories are 4-6 hour training rides done solo, on road or mountain bikes. The processing and creativity that come out of those sorts of experiences is amazing!

Totally agree... But as a fan... I'd love it! Every now and then someone that's not real high on the radar surprises... Love to see it happen for him!

So awesome to see him riding strong. It would be amazing if he could some how snag a spring monument!

Basically the next 6~ weeks are like waking up and receiving a gift of awesome races/racing. It's an awesome period of the calendar if you love bike racing!
