What specs have you tried for Negronis? 9 times out of 10 they're made 1:1:1 which are honestly awful to me. The campari ends up overpowering everything else so I usually do 2 parts Gin, 1 part Sweet Vermouth, and 1 part Campari. After that maybe try 1.5 Sweet Vermouth if it's still too bitter.
