I can't stop thinking about this. It was so amazing to see people working together - literally or just by being patient when their commute was put on hold - to save a little life. It was truly heartwarming.

If you're the person who just stopped all traffic on the CA10 to try to catch a tiny gray kitten or the guy who crawled under your Prius to pull the little guy out of your wheel well after he got scared...

Someone warmed up a cinnamon roll for breakfast in the microwave, and now the entire floor smells like cinnamon deliciousness.

One year, I had a game in my lab that was "what do you think the most expensive thing in the room is?"
