The last Borough Council by-election campaign I was involved in they got it right - finally - and it was hard (for them) to call with no polling data just rival campaign managers saying "we're winning".
Turned out their recommendation to vote Green was right then, and is going to be right here too!
A few months ago, Michelle said that she'd like to help the people of Middlewich by getting elected to listen to and work for local residents - and here we are!
Congratulations Michelle - your inspiration and hard work made this happen.
Are you mistaking the Greens for a party which has had the resources in the past identify their voters in every seat? G&D wasn't a Green target seat until now, so Greens probably knew nothing on day 1.
I think you're right though about the numbers. Green assumptions about responses are pessimistic.
Remind anyone you know who lives in Cledford Ward, Middlewich to VOTE TODAY.
They don't have to be green-leaning, just want Michelle as their Town Councillor in preference to some ReformUK candidate.
(Don't worry if you don't know if they live in the right ward... just ask them anyway!)

I reported a breach of electoral law by a candidate last autumn - you can guess the party. The police told me they would "educate" the candidate.
Of course "ignorance is no defence", but there you go...

I'm not sure the Lib Dems are THAT far from the Greens at the moment! Certainly when I stood at the GE in '24 they kept giving my answers!
