Good question. Any constraint on profitability might be accompanied by THO & partners seeking even more incentives than originally planned.

Apparently those of us who attended a developer townhall need to wait until THO has redesigned the #500Prospect data center before Steadfast City responds to questions.

By this time THO/Steadfast/lobbyist Lewis Rice will have received assurance that the City will approve the conditional use permit.

Today marks 7 weeks since the second “town hall” meeting hosted by developer THO’s consultant on the data center proposed for #500Prospect next to the Armory.

I haven’t received an email from Steadfast City with answers to questions posed at the Oct. 9 & 13 #datacenterSTL meetings.

Let’s check the opacity at the agency. The video of the 11/20 SLDC board meeting was uploaded to YouTube on 11/24, but kept hidden from public view until 11/25 at 9 a.m. The video only clocked 6 views in the first 28 hours after being made public.

I’ve been taking a break from socials for a family wedding.

Excerpt from page 2 of Exhibit A to Board Bill no. 83, specifying the allocation of sales tax revenue generated by the tenant at 3942 Laclede.

My interpretation of page 2 of Exh. A:

50% of the sales tax revenue will be deposited in the #CortexTIF Special Allocation Fund.

50% of the sales tax revenue will be deposited into an account from which the city will reimburse C.I. Inc. up to $1 M for eligible tenant improvements.

The city gets 0️⃣
