1. The government is now shut down. The clean continuing resolution failed and neither party has come to an agreement.

Many people watching the anti-LGBQT+ riders in the FY26 appropriations bills want to know what this means.

Looks like the legality of ebikes is about to change again.

New laws could be sweeping the country at a national level for what bikes are considered safe.

I personally do not have faith in our government and the CPSC to do this right. Expecting some difficulty in the future for access to ebikes.
