I had the pleasure of sitting in a climbing centre and watching human-squirrels path-find and hold-search on this enormous wall of what seemed like 1000 options. Had to tear myself away in the end, could have watched for a week!

It’s part of a well known and used path to beaches and everyone has to walk around or under it… not my favourite bit of the walk!

I don’t know why, but I have taken 4 photos of this rock, over the last 12 years. There’s something about its huge size, patina, and that it seems to but cut in half but isn’t.
