I've made one of my favourite curry side dishes today, pav bhaji. I think of it as a side dish but it's really a popular Mumbai street food served with a roll. It's onions, tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, peas, spices and lots of butter. At least that's how I've made

I got one (I still have it) in a junk shop in Manchester, a black one, very long shirtails and an odd non-collar stitched in with a gap at the front. It took me a few years to realise it's probably a priest's shirt!
