they're always here until 6pm (same as the office), but they're on call if anything happens in the way of an emergency, which means heating not working in the winter, a/c not working in the summer, or a water leak. To be completely honest I don't want to drive at all unless it's somewhere mostly or completely free of other vehicles, like a desert or any other kind of wilderness. On a racetrack might be fun.

Horrible, isn't it. For me, ten minutes to the local Indian food shop in a car. On the bus (two changes) an hour if I'm lucky, two if I'm not. But I don't ever want to drive again in a city.
