I recently added a feature that I think is important for an exploration-first gameplay:
Experience for overworld catching + exp share.
This way you're not forced to grind battles if you don't want and I can still add tough boss monsters.

For a long time I didn't know how to handle ring outs in my monster taming game.
Previously they resulted in an instant faint.
Now ring outs force you to switch while your opponent gets to re-position and move first in the next round.
What do you think? :)

Today I added differently colored taming disks to Tamamon.
They're purely cosmetic, so you can use whichever ones you like best!
The catch rate is influenced only by the berries you feed wild Tamamon beforehand.
I already have a lot of disk designs planned β¨

Completing the puzzle earns mysterious feathers which can be spend to increase your critical catch rate. Here's a look.

Lanterns each get a BooleanChannel and door gets a BoolenConjunctionChannel. Lanterns set channel to true when lit. Door opens when all channels of the conjunction channel become true :)

Hi :) Quick Tamamon update β¨ I've added:
- a swimming dash π
- a climbing dash π§
- hopping of climbable terrain
I hope that this will allow for more interesting and engaging climbing and swimming sections. Please let me know what you think!

Bluesky I need your help!
It always annoyed me how items would simply hop on water like on a hard surface so I added some simple buoyancy physics. Does the effect look convincing enough for now?
