ICE bad and also, around half of people killed by police have a disability. Their final moments are usually spent in frantic terror trying to "comply" with commands before cops shoot. Not opening a door or answering a question fast enough in this country can be a death sentence.

A nationwide Brady list is a great idea. Agreed. But convictions wont be overturned “en masse” for violations because there is more to the analysis than whether Brady was violated or not.

The way Brady is catalogued and disclosed differs per jurisdiction (& sometimes per court.) This was not a fed cop but a local one, and there is no complete nationwide Brady List for local law enforcement (yet anyway.) This article is referencing a local practice, not a federal list.

I know what the big list is. What I’m saying is that is specifically NOT what is being talked about here. in the local parlance—which is what is being used HERE—being “on the list” refers to (not to everything on the list you mention but) being on the “do not call cause the Brady is so bad” list.
