The long awaited release of the 2025/26 Premier League 2 fixture schedule has now taken place.

Our U21s will begin their season in 10 days time by hosting Leeds United at Bodymoor Heath, before a short trip to Solihull Moors’ ARMCO Arena, where we’ll face West Brom.

🔴 Oliwier Zych was an unused substitute again as Raków Częstochowa were beaten 3-1 by Radomiak Radom.

Villa’s U18s played Luton in a friendly today and claimed a 3-2 win with goals coming from Markie Meade, Jack McGrath and Vinnie Hayward.

A reminder that we’re two weeks away from the U18 Premier League season kicking off with a trip to Brighton.

🔴 Walsall 2-1 Swindon

Fin Munroe put in an impressive debut performance, playing the full match but Swindon were defeated agonisingly late on by 10-man Walsall.

🔴 Salford 1-3 Crewe

Tommi O’Reilly started and recorded 80 minutes as Crewe began their League Two season in comfortable fashion with an away win.

🔴 Doncaster 1-0 Exeter

Sil Swinkels played 90 minutes but was penalised cruelly for the handball which allowed Doncaster to convert a match-winning penalty.

🔵 Huddersfield 3-0 Leyton Orient

Josh Feeney’s 2024/25 final day red card ruled him out of Huddersfield’s impressive opening day win.

Can only imagine so but I don’t have anything concrete on that.
