I’m relieved to see this become law to address a problem they created, and it must be implemented properly to help veterans stay in their homes.

Granite Staters continue to speak out about the importance of Medicaid and Medicare.

I hosted a listening session in Manchester with local health care providers and community members to discuss the importance of these programs, especially amid attacks by House Republicans and the administration.

60 years ago today, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed landmark legislation that created Medicare and Medicaid, which have provided millions of Americans with the care they need and deserve to live healthy lives.

I’ll continue fighting to protect these foundational programs.

Since the brutal attack on Israel by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023, I have never wavered in my support for our steadfast democratic ally and the need for security, stability, and peace in the region. I continue to urge a ceasefire deal that ensures the return of every hostage taken by Hamas and maximizes the delivery of humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza. Time is of the essence. I am horrified by reports of famine and widespread starvation in Gaza. Safe zones must be expanded to ensure adequate aid deliveries can be made, and I support the announcement of new airdrops and the opening of new humanitarian corridors. I continue to urge the Trump Administration and all parties involved in the distribution of aid to work together to use every tool to ensure humanitarian assistance can reach civilians who desperately need it.

Judge blocks Trump administration's efforts to defund Planned Parenthood A federal judge says Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide must continue to be reimbursed for Medicaid funding.

People deserve to make their own personal health care decisions – without extreme politicians and judges taking away their ability to access care.

This fight isn’t over.

This week the House passed the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2025.

On the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee’s Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee, I worked to ensure this bill delivers for NH and our Coast Guard.

Today we recommit to the unfinished business of ensuring every American can reach their full potential and live with dignity.

Today is the 35th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

This landmark civil rights law prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life and works to ensure they have the same rights and opportunities as their neighbors.

We all know someone who struggles with their mental health, and LGBTQ+ youth are 4 times more likely to attempt suicide than their peers.

I will continue fighting for the administration to restore 988’s subline for LGBTQ+ youth. Everyone deserves to know they have someone in their corner.

Trump administration releases billions it withheld from schools Lawmakers of both parties had lobbied to release the funds, which support English-language learning programs, teacher training and academic enrichment.

There was no reason why these funds should have been delayed - a delay that continued to cause chaos in our communities.

I'm glad these funds are being delivered following my repeated calls for the Administration to release them, but this mayhem must stop.

I talked about how these cuts will harm the Hillsborough County Nursing Home on WMUR. ⬇️

This funding for the New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership will help our small and medium-sized manufacturers make more in NH and create more good-paying jobs.

Education Department will release some frozen grants supporting after-school and summer programs The Education Department plans to release previously withheld grant money for after-school programs.

Part of the education funding that was being unlawfully withheld by the Trump Administration has been released.

I’m pushing the administration to follow the law and release the rest for our schools and families.
