I feel incredibly lucky considering the amount of time I can shiny hunt and how many I’ve befriended.

Very short Shiny Cyndaquil hunt!

Didn’t count the soft resets but started this hunt Saturday 02-14-26. I found a DS lite at a local bookstore and began the hunt. Couldn’t have been more than 300 soft resets.

After a handful of wild encounters on top of all the wild encounters for shiny Nincada, a shiny Oddish.

Bittersweet because I was visiting the grave of a lost friend, and today marked his one year being gone.

It’s only available if this trainer moves off of it, and becomes unavailable when you leave the forest. Afterwards, it’s forever unavailable unless you cheat.

My first shiny in ZA was Trubbish. It was random.

Went to a local Pokémon con and got the greatest 3D printed figure ever. It’s great to see the “less” popular Pokémon get some spotlight!!
