While it still feels crazy to say "my restaurant" and refer to the place I own and not the place I work, my restaurant Matsunoki #Ramen just announced we are opening our 2nd location on April 24th! It'll be on the corner of Mississipi and Fremont in #Portland, Oregon. So eXciting!
