Our Wins Of The Week Donald Trump’s attempts at diving us headlong into autocracy is being met with constant resistance from all sides.

This week was a good reminder that Trump can be beaten back. A grand jury rejected charges against Democratic lawmakers, immigration operations in Minnesota were scaled back, and the Pride flag went back up at Stonewall. With Trump’s approval slipping, there is real reason for optimism.

Rep. Angie Craig: "The attacks on Black and brown people in Minnesota have been egregious. At the end of the day, what they wanted out of Minnesota was for us to riot. I think this will go down in American history as one of the greatest examples of peaceful resistance from an entire community."

This is what ICE does every day. Hunt little kids who are here legally. They get sent to a place called the “baby jail” in Texas. Very little of it ends up on video like this. But it’s routine. And disgusting.

This whole Epstein File episode has really brought home how much we’ve lost our empathy on a massive scale. There is actual evidence both documented and verified by survivors of horrific crimes. Committed by people at the highest levels. Yet not one of them has been punished.

CCTV footage appears to show DHS agents posing as people having car trouble in order to lure a target out of his house before arresting them. The target comes out and starts helping them before 3 vehicles surround the scene. The car "experiencing" trouble then drives off with them.
