We have been using our senses by making potions in the garden. Using spices, adding leaves and sticks from the garden we used our imagination to make some spooky creations 🎃👻

Primary 1 had a fantastic time making bread for the Little Red Hen.🐔 Everyone took part in kneading the dough and worked hard using their strong muscles! 💪🍞✨

Today we explored measurement by making playdough! 🎨👩🍳 We measured full and half cups to get the mix just right 🥣 Then we discussed how to fix it if it was too sticky or if we’d added too much flour, great problem-solving💡

*NURSERY* Yesterday we emptied our Autumn bags on the tuff tray outdoors. We discovered lots of interesting Autumn items and had a good discussion about the different items. ‘That’s jaggy’ ‘I brought pine cones’ ‘The stick is long’ ‘Soft’ ‘I went to a park’ ‘I got these just at my house’ 🍁 🍃 🍂
