Hi, I watched your YouTube video yesterday (How to Study Chess for Busy Adult Improvers) and now have a plan in my iPhone notes based around that. Do you mind if I DM and find out some more?

I haven’t really looked but I saw there was a lot of posts that seemed pretty useles. I’m hoping there’s something constructive added at some point though. You think that’s too hopeful?

I feel like I can get there but I’m hoping setting an actual target and a timeframe pushes me to actually look at some of the books I’ve bought and do more tactics puzzles

Anyone else signed up for the @chess.com improvement and study plan? I’m hoping to reach a four digit elo by the end of the year. Currently 700. Been playing a year.

My 8yr old son has recently decided he would like to learn so he has chesscom account where he plays similarly rated players. If I play him I try teaching him something but he doesn’t listen so I just destroy him. I’ve only been playing a year so won’t be long before he’s better than I am!
