The way Kazuro Kyou adapted this part of the cutscene with this panel and made it so creepy. Genuinely an amazing choice of mangaka for the adaptation

Engage manga i love you so much

The way this affects the stewards and Alear to see Lumera this way, it ends being a truly heartbreaking chapter. The love and gratefulness mother and child share with one another made me teary eyed ngl, it reminds you of how Engage is all about bonds. Loved how they handled it!!

Like as i was checking the chapter i went from smiling and even laughing a little at how sweetly goofy and clumsy she was behaving and then the moment him and BAM you're reminded of how the Lumera before you is a corrupted and her feelings are warped in a way that it hurts

The way this chapter adapted chapter 25 of the story kicked me in the face so hard. First i love that the stewards got to shine, but i also just adore how they handled Lumera's shift from sweet mother who is happy to see her child to the warped behavior brought by the corruption

Doing that template really has me looking back on the fact i've been drawing Engage characters since pre release, the Chloé i put is from 2022!!! It brings a smile to my face how much joy drawing for it has been bringing me throughout these years ngl

Yeah it's an anniversary game and it clearly shows. Like tbh people can just simply not be into it and i think it's super fair but being so hateful over a more whimsical game instead of just focusing on what they like is them wasting their time

This is so funny 😭 I agree that it's one of the best. I love the image of two leaders, a figure who has to look unshakable and reliable, being able to be vulnerable and show that self doubt, those imperfections. It's really sweet and it just Works on making them grow closer too
