We got so much help from family and friends clearing out our basement and removing an incredible amount of water. Trying to live in that gratitude as much as possible right now.

Waking up today and reality is starting to sink in. I still can’t comprehend everything we lost in the flood. There are some things we’re almost certainly never going to replace. But we’re okay, and that’s what matters.
