3/3. The ScotRail stations will probably be unstaffed on your journey. The journeys are very regularly delayed. Passengers describe the ride as very rough. It’s not as romantic as portrayed.
I’d strongly recommend other means of travel.

It’s inordinately expensive for what it is. Most people use it once and once only. I know ScotRail staff who say they would rather walk than use it for free.
Unless you pay premium you’ll have to share a toilet at the end of the carriage. The food is badly reviewed.

1/3 Eilidh, hi , I’ve set this up to let people know what ScotRail are all about for passengers and staff. I’ve changed it a bit to try and make it look less like them now. The sleeper isn’t a ScotRail service but they’re VERY closely aligned. All ScotRail staff get to use it for free.

No fake account. This will be to let people know what it is REALLY like to work and travel with ScotRail.
It’ll be about passenger experience, recruitment, induction, onboarding, training, mentoring and how frontline staff are treated - particularly older and disabled staff. I’ll change the name πŸ™‚
